A truffle lover cannot live a more exciting experience. A truffle hunter together with a truffle dog will lead the tourists through the wood looking for the refined hypogeous fungus. A Truffle hunter is guided only by dog smell and intuition achieved through experience.<\/p>\n

At the beginning truffles will be explained in general, i.e. several typologies, truffle hunting, dog training methods and several in force regulations.<\/p>\n
Afterwards we will enter the wood, where we\u2019ll find a fortune, if we\u2019re lucky. We have different kinds of places for our search, some are more challenging, for people loving trekking and that have suitable equipment, while others are easier for kids and elderly people so that everyone can enjoy such a wonderful adventure!<\/p>\n
Truffle hunting can take place even in the evening, if requested, as it\u2019s allowed in Piedmont: \u201cTruffle charme is based on its search. In the night, in the wood, secretly, truffle hunters pass through the night mist with their dogs ahead, looking for reference points through the trees searching that plant which guaranteed a lucky collection the previous year. Practice and information about favourable places are often verbally passed on from generation to generation or rather noted in diaries which must not absolutely be shared\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u00c8 l'esperienza pi\u00f9 emozionante per un appassionato di tartufi. Un cercatore accompagnato dal cane condurr\u00e0 turisti nel bosco alla ricerca del prezioso fungo ipogeo, guidato solo dal fiuto dell'animale e dall'intuito maturato in anni di esperienza.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
La ricerca inizier\u00e0 con una spiegazione generale su tutto il vasto mondo del tartufo: le sue diverse tipologie, la ricerca con il cane, i metodi di addestramento e le diverse normative in vigore.<\/p>\r\n
Successivamente ci addentreremo nel bosco (abbiamo diversi luoghi di cerca alcuni pi\u00f9 impegnativi, adatti a persone che amano camminare e che sono attrezzati idoneamente; mentre altri pi\u00f9 facili e comodi per bambini e anziani cosicch\u00e9 tutti possano godersi questa meravigliosa avventura!) dove, se avremo fortuna, troveremo un bel bottino!<\/p>\r\n
La ricerca pu\u00f2 essere effettuata, su richiesta, anche in notturna. in Piemonte essa \u00e8 consentita: \u201cAlla base del fascino del Tartufo c\u2019\u00e8 la ricerca. Nella notte, in aree boschive, nella segretezza assoluta, uomini preceduti dal loro cane, fendono le brume notturne cercando riferimenti tra le piante alla ricerca di un albero che l\u2019anno precedente ha garantito una raccolta fortunata. Pratiche e informazioni su luoghi propizi sono spesso tramandate di generazione in generazione verbalmente o al massimo annotate su quaderni o agende assolutamente non divulgabili\u201d.<\/p>\r\n![\"\"](\"https:\/\/isaporidellacollinaditorino.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/turismo2-1.png\")
