Truffle spora (seeds) get in contact with shoots radicles so mycorrhiza symbiosis can establish, as soon as seeds germinate. Mycorrhization of shoots by truffle is simple, however several preventive measures are necessary to avoid the contamination with unwanted mycorrhizal fungi.<br \/> In fact soil must be sterilized (including all materials used in greenhouse), otherwise shoots mycorrhize with fungi different from truffles.<br \/> Spora and mycelium of many other species of mycorrhizal fungi (such as quali Russula, Lactarius, Boletus) are frequently in the soil. In the same way of truffle, they can enter into symbiosis with oak, hazelnut trees or poplars. If our shots mycorrhize in symbiosis with other fungi instead of truffle, they cannot produce truffles anymore.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-866\" src=\"https:\/\/isaporidellacollinaditorino.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/piante1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"637\" height=\"243\" srcset=\"https:\/\/isaporidellacollinaditorino.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/piante1.png 637w, https:\/\/isaporidellacollinaditorino.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/piante1-300x114.png 300w, https:\/\/isaporidellacollinaditorino.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/piante1-600x229.png 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 637px) 100vw, 637px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Logically safe and economical large-scale methods were developed to obtain shots developing truffles, by gradually revising production in connection with improvements within truffle biology field (in particular about spora germinability and all other aspects referring to mycorrhizal symbiosis etc.), vegetal biology and technology (multifunctional greenhouses, particular containers, sterilizers etc).<br \/> Seedling or cutting of symbiont plant to be mycorrhized must be selected among different forest plants producing truffles naturally and spontaneously.<br \/> For each kind of truffle there are different forest plants to be chosen, considering geopedologic features of implantation area as well as climatic features of plant adaptability. Seeds of chosen symbiont plant must be selected and disinfected. Generally, acorns and hazelnuts are disinfected by means of 6% calcium hypochlorite before they are seeded in dry and sterilized sand or vermiculite. Then they are stored until January, when vases get slightly wet and placed in \u00a0heated greenhouses (20-25\u00b0) for germination. After several days the seedlings have a quite developed root system to be inoculated. For those vegetal species, whose seeds are small and difficult to be managed during the different stages (willows, poplars, hornbeams etc), or those species taking long time to germinate (linden), self-rooted cutting technique is used.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cutting must take place in specific periods and treated with hormone suitable concentrate solutions. According to studies and tests, it is more advantageous to inject seedbeds than cuttings. In fact, seedbeds showed higher mycorrhization percentages because roots are denser with secondary and tertiary root exudates, whereas cuttings develop taproots so with less exudates.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-870\" src=\"https:\/\/isaporidellacollinaditorino.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/piante2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"675\" height=\"364\" srcset=\"https:\/\/isaporidellacollinaditorino.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/piante2.png 675w, https:\/\/isaporidellacollinaditorino.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/piante2-300x162.png 300w, https:\/\/isaporidellacollinaditorino.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/piante2-600x324.png 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 675px) 100vw, 675px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cutting taproot is often cut off to facilitate the development of secondary and tertiary roots in order to improve mycorrhization. style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Come ottenere piantine micorizzate con il tartufo:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si pu\u00f2 mescolare una poltiglia di tartufi (ottenuta per spappolamento dei corpi fruttiferi in acqua) al terreno in cui vengono fatte sviluppare delle giovani piantine ottenute da seme o da talea.\r\nIn questo modo le spore (semi) del tartufo vengono messe a contatto con le radichette delle piantine e si pu\u00f2 instaurare cos\u00ec il rapporto di simbiosi micorrizica, appena il seme germina.\r\nLe modalit\u00e0 di micorrizazione di piantine con tartufo sono semplici; tuttavia \u00e8 necessario prendere numerose misure precauzionali per evitare l\u2019inquinamento con funghi micorrizici indesiderati.\r\nInfatti se non si sterilizza il terreno (ed anche tutto il materiale di serra impiegato) le piantine si micorrizano con funghi diversi dal tartufo.\r\nNel terreno sono sempre frequenti le spore ed il micelio di moltissime altre specie di funghi micorrizici ( quali Russole, Lattari, Boleti) che possono allo stesso modo del tartufo, legarsi in simbiosi con querce, noccioli o pioppi.\r\nSe le nostre piantine , invece di legarsi con il tartufo si micorrizano in simbiosi con altri funghi, naturalmente, non sono pi\u00f9 in grado di produrre tartufi.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img class=\"aligncenter size-full justify;\">Logicamente per la produzione di piantine tartufigene in larga scala sono stati sviluppate metodologie sicure e con bassi costi, aggiornando man mano la produzione in relazione ai progressi effettuati nel campo della biologia dei tartufi, in particolare modo per la germinabilit\u00e0 delle spore e tutti gli aspetti della simbiosi micorrizica, ecc.),<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>della biologia vegetale e della tecnologia (serre polifunzionali, contenitori particolari, sterilizzatori ecc.).\r\nLa scelta del semenzale o della talea della pianta simbionte da micorrizare deve essere fatta fra le diverse piante forestali che producono in natura e in modo spontaneo tartufi.\r\nPer ogni tipo di tartufo vi sono diverse specie di piante forestali per poter effettuare la scelta in considerazione delle caratteristiche geopedologiche della futura zona di impianto e a quelle climatiche di adattabilit\u00e0 della pianta.\r\nI semi della pianta simbionte scelta devono essere selezionati e disinfettati.\r\nIn genere le ghiande e le nocciole vengono disinfettate con ipoclorito di calcio al 6% prima di seminarle in sabbia asciutta e sterilizzata, o in vermiculite, per essere conservate fino a gennaio, dopodich\u00e9 i vani contenenti i semi vengono inumiditi e posti in serre riscaldate (20-25\u00b0) per la germinazione.\r\nDopo svariati giorni, le plantule hanno un sistema radicale abbastanza sviluppato per essere inoculate.\r\nPer quelle specie vegetali i cui semi sono piccoli e di difficili da gestire e manipolare nelle varie fasi (salici, pioppi, carpini ecc.) o quelli che germinano in tempi molto lunghi (tigli), si ricorre alle talee autoradicate.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le talee devono essere prelevate in determinati periodi e trattate con soluzioni di ormoni in appropriate concentrazioni\r\nDa studi e prove effettuate risulta pi\u00f9 conveniente inoculare i semenzali che le talee, di fatto i primi sono risultati con percentuali di micorrizzazione pi\u00f9 elevata, sicuramente perch\u00e9 l\u2019apparato radicale \u00e8 pi\u00f9 folto, con essudati radicali secondari e terziari, mentre le tale formano una radice pi\u00f9 fittonante e quindi con essudati meno presenti.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-869\"
